What to Expect on Your First Visit

- Arrive 30 minutes early.
- Be sure to bring all your medications, including any over the counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements in their original containers.
- If possible, bring any medical records and lab results you may have.
- Have your current insurance card and a photo ID with you.
